IVR and automated system prompts, recorded in matched segments that stay consistent as your menu changes.

Get StartedIVR is the least glamorous format in voice over and one of the least forgiving. A caller who is already mildly irritated hears these prompts, and anything that draws attention to itself, an odd emphasis, a change in room tone between prompts, a slightly different pace, makes the whole system feel cheap.
The performance goal is neutral competence. Clear, unhurried, no personality pushed at the listener. The technical goal is invisibility: three hundred separate prompts that sound like one continuous recording.
Menus change constantly. You add a department, drop an option, renumber the list. If prompts were recorded in one pass without preserving the session, the new prompt never quite matches and callers notice the seam.
We record every prompt as a discrete, individually named file, and archive the talent, microphone chain, room and level settings for the account. When you need three new prompts eight months later, they drop into the existing menu with no audible difference.
Telephony has specific requirements that most voice over suppliers get wrong. We deliver in the format your platform actually needs, commonly 8kHz mono u-law or a-law WAV for traditional systems, or 16kHz for VoIP, normalised to consistent telephony levels so no prompt is noticeably louder than another. Tell us the platform, whether it is Genesys, Avaya, Twilio, Amazon Connect, Five9 or something else, and we will match the specification.
If your system routes callers by language, each language needs a native voice recorded to the same structure and file naming. We keep the naming convention identical across languages so your telephony team can drop in a whole language set without remapping anything.
Send us the prompt list and your platform specification. We will quote the full set as a fixed price.
