What telephone voice over involves

This covers everything a caller hears that is not a menu prompt: the greeting that opens the call, the on-hold messaging while they wait, the voicemail announcement when nobody answers, and the after-hours message outside business hours.

These are the moments most companies ignore, which is odd, because a caller on hold is a captive and attentive audience. A default hold tone tells them nothing. Well-written on-hold messaging tells them what else you do, how long the wait is likely to be, or where they could self-serve instead.

Voice and music together

On-hold audio is usually voice over a music bed, and the mix matters more than either element alone. Voice too quiet under the music and callers strain, too loud and it sounds like an intrusion. We mix and master the finished loop rather than handing you separate files to combine yourself, and we can license the music bed or work with a track you already have cleared.
